Where can I find your Pricing?
Pricing is available when you contact the photographer directly. Please feel free to send a brief overview about the type of session/event you are interested in having.
What if I don’t want a package?
You may purchase a single session for any occasion, at any time. Please contact the photographer directly for more information.
What should I/we wear?
Dress in whatever you feel comfortable in. Please be nicely groomed.
Family / Couples: Please dress in somewhat of a theme or color coordination. That tends to look great!
What to bring?
Depending on what type of session we are having, you will discuss this with the photographer via Phone or Email. However, if ideas are not discussed prior to the photo session, you may bring props that display your hobbies or anything else you feel would work for a great photo idea.
How long do photo sessions typically last.
With the exception of a Newborn/Children session, a photo shoot can last anywhere from one to two hours depending on the package you choose.
How do I book a session?
Contact: [email protected] or call/text at 724.762.2680. You may contact the photographer anytime via email / text message. Please call during the daytime / early evening hours. If your call is not answered, please leave a voicemail. Your initial contact will have a response as soon as possible.
How far in advance should I schedule my session?
(At least) (1) week in advance to schedule your session. This time allows some pre-planning time for both the photographer and client. The photographer is not responsible for last minute scheduling.
Do we need to meet in advance?
Weddings: Yes. - All other session: Meeting in advance will be determined while scheduling the photo session.
How do you describe your style?
Fun, cool, happy, sexy, outdoors, glamorous, relaxed, and candid.
Where will my portraits be taken? Is a studio available?
Your portraits will be taken at a location chosen by you or the photographer. A studio is currently not provided. However, a small portable backdrop setup is available.
Do you shoot in JPEG, Small Raw, or Large Raw?
Can I do my own hair and make-up?
Yes, you can do your own hair and make-up. However, if you need assistance please notify the photographer ahead of time to discuss ideas. There will be a small additional charge for hair and make-up assistance provided by the photographer.
What if I don’t know how to pose?
You do not need to worry about a thing! That is the photographers job! (:
Where can I view my photos?
The photographer will let you know when your gallery is ready to be viewed. You may access your gallery at www.jennalethamphotography.com
When will I receive my Products?
You will receive your products after your gallery is available online, and you have finalized your product order. You may email the photographer your order by providing the following: Photo gallery #, Print size, Print quantity.
Are there any additional charges for me to receive my photos?
There are no additional charges when you purchase a package.
Al La Carte items are available for additional purchase if you purchased a single session.
If you would just like to purchase prints products the cost will depend on the print products chosen.
Do you offer print products?
YES. All print products are to be ordered through Jenna Letham Photography unless written permission has been given to you to print elsewhere.
Do you touch up all the images I receive?
YES, all portrait sessions will have the photographers editing techniques added to them. Event photography retouching will be decided upon scheduling.
How many portraits do you typically deliver after a session?
The amount of portraits that will be delivered to you will depend on the package you have chosen and your print product order. There is no set limit on print product purchasing.
What if I purchased a package and decided later that I want more than the package offers?
That is perfectly fine. Purchasing additional print products al la carte is available at any time.
I forgot to order my print products and my Gallery is not longer available to access, what should I do?
There will be an additional charge when a gallery needs reactivated. This charge is to encourage clients to place their initial print order within a timely manner, following the portrait session.
If I decide I want more print products in the future, am I able to order MORE print products?
Yes. Please feel free to contact the photographer at any time to place an additional print order.
